Call Tom LLC, worked on a large project for my company.
The owner, Tom Advent, continued to tell us that each task was about a week away. This went on for 14 months. He accepted payment for hundreds of hours of contracting even though he never delivered a single thing. Additionally, he moved all of our software to his own server to work on. We told him many many times that all work was to be done on our company's servers. Therefore, when we finally cut his contract, we could not get the minimal work his staff had completed. I truly believe he never did a thing. |
