  Dysfunctional & Fickle
  Commentry on the above Company/Business :
  The firm is very successful in spite of the two top executive's fickleness. They brand themselves as a "family" company, which they are, and if you are not "family" or "friend" you are not absorbed. Why the executives hire those other than family or friends is beyond those that have experienced their fickle personalities. Essentially, they use people, and many have left the firm, based on the lack of professionalism and discrimination. The executives own such poor management skills and business acume backed by such fickle egos that it is surprising they have retained such a good staff. But then again, they are very fickle toward some and very embracing toward others. They are growing beyond their ability to mature as a business and being held back by their own lack of professionalisim. The VPF openly admits that she jas a short fuse and "blows up," during the onboarding of new employees. This leaves the new employees in a position of wishibg they had not accepted the offer and for some, taken one of the other offers they received from another company. Watching the behavior play out each day is appalling and worrisome. They believe they are unique, preaching "the M Bar C way," but don't realize the reality that all business essentially operates the same. Nothing is truly unique about them, or sets them apart from other contractors of any size, except that they are stuck in the dark ages of antiquated and fickle management practices and little foresight as to what type of expert staff they will need as they grow. This appears to be because the executives have little or no experience outside if their family firm. They have no true outside exposire or practical experience, so they manage without edication. They do hire professionals with amazing practicle experience and knowledge only to place them in low level work processes and demand that the employee not utilize their knowledge to support the firm. They bad mouth former employees openly and are actually nasty to some staff. Dysfunctional and fickle family attitude is the only way to describe their day to day behavior.
