I ordered shoes for a Chistmas from a online shoe compant in nevade and they were to small so I returned them and they did not have a restocking fee. I then ordered the next size for the Dansko clog from discountuniform.com and they were to large and I had to return the soes to them. Well, although it's my fault for making assumpions I got really screwed by this company. They have a 30% restocking fee and for my purchase of 119.00 I had to pay to restock the shoes a whopping $36.96. I think this is a total ripoff. I should have read the terms but I figured they were a reputable company as was ZAPPO's in Las Vegas. I will never do business with this company again and will tell others about their restocking fees |

 Yea, you should have read the terms and conditions, whenever you order on line, it's YOUR responsibility to take a minute of your time to read the terms and conditions, i order online for a lot of clothing, i never would order shoes especially DANSKOS from the internet in the FIRST place because of how hard it is to find the perfect fit, and before i proceed with my purchase i check the BBB and the companies terms and conditions and most especially RETURN POLICY. You need to be a SMART shopper when shopping online.
that's all your fault they did post it on their site, they just take advantage of stupid people who don't read their terms and conditions, and it keeps them in business. |
